Villas
Mymosa is located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio
National Park. Manuel Antonio is one of the most beautiful
parks in Costa Rica. It is located on the Pacific Coast
and can boast of its estuaries, mangroves, lagoons,
beaches and its green footpaths. All this in 638 hectares
of land and 55000 hectares of a protected marine atmosphere.
You can take a stroll through the tropical forest and
find ferns, mosses, flowers and other species growing
in each tree. One of the paths takes you to an observation
tower with a 360 degrees view that will take your breath
away.
Throughout the park, you will find samples
of wild life existing in the Costa Rican forests, for
which our country has become famous. Connoisseurs
and professionals will allow the visitor to know many
secrets of the forest, understand the habitat and the
roll of each one of its inhabitants like animals, plants
and insects. Or just by following your logical eco-sense,
you can enjoy the park in its entirety. The cariblancos
monkeys are very accessible and they feel comfortable
to approach and to watch you inquisitively, like hoping
to be fed.
Pack
a small knapsack with water and snacks and your day
is made. There are fresh water baths and other facilities
throughout the paths, with areas for picnic. You can
also take short walks and stop to take a refreshing
dive in Tercera Beach or Twin Beach. Make sure to
have your entrance seal which allows you to enter and
to leave the park as many times as you wish in the day.
